The WF284 filter removes the following contaminents:
- 99.30% of Lead
- 99.99% of Cysts
- 94.90% of Atrazine
- 87.50% of Toxaphene
- 94.20% of 2,4-D
- 97.80% of Chlorine
- 99.70% of Turbidity
- 97.60% of Particulates (Class I)*
* This filter removes Class I particulates down to 0.5 microns.

I will install one of these when the Fridgidaire filter slows water flow. It will be interesting to see how long they last compared to the OEM parts. If they last as long they will be a terrific bargain.
